Organic Moroccan Chickpea Soup

In Morocco, it is with Harira that the daily fast of Ramadan is traditionally broken. To the sound of canon fire marking sunset, deliciously filling chickpea soups are served in the street cafes within the maze of old streets criss-crossing the imperial city of Fez. Our Moroccan Chickpea Soup, which combines chickpeas with tomatoes, herbs and spices and a dash of lemon is delicious served with warm crusty bread.

Taking inspiration from the dishes created by the Tarascan Indians living in the mountain villages among the peaks surrounding the picturesque Lake Patzuaro in Mexico, this soul-warming soup combines tomatoes with pinto beans, red peppers, chilli and herbs to create a traditionally hearty Mexican soup.

Usually presented as a side dish, kimchi is naturally cultured and high in vitamins, enzymes and beneficial live bacteria for a naturally plant-based, tasty side dish.
